This Cookie Policy explains how Nuvoxis ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on nuvoxis.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your visit, such as your session state, which keeps the site working properly and helps us understand how it is used.
We also use similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage. Where this policy says "cookies," it covers those technologies too.
We use cookies for three purposes, and only three:
| Type | Purpose | Set by |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the site to function and stay secure. These cannot be disabled. | Nuvoxis |
| Visitor identification | Matches a visitor's IP address against a database of business networks to identify the organization associated with the visit, and records which pages were viewed. We use this to understand which companies are interested in our services and to inform our outreach. It does not identify you by name. | Apollo.io |
| Analytics | Measures site traffic and usage, such as page views, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, file downloads, and form interaction events (that an interaction happened, not what was entered). Used in aggregate to understand and improve the site. We do not enable Google Signals, Google Ads linking, or any other feature that would use this data for advertising. | Google Analytics |
We do not use advertising, targeting, or retargeting cookies. We do not serve ads on this site. We do not allow third-party advertisers to place cookies on your device through our site. We do not sell information collected through cookies, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and usage, including page views, scroll behavior, outbound link clicks, file downloads, and form interaction events. Form interaction tracking records that an interaction happened (for example, starting or submitting a form), not the information entered into it. We do not enable Google Signals, Google Ads linking, or any other Google Analytics feature that would feed this data into advertising or remarketing.
The technical information cookies collect, such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the site, is described in more detail in Section 1 of our Privacy Notice.
Two third-party providers set cookies on our site to perform services on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Apollo.io | Website visitor identification | Apollo Privacy Policy |
| Google Analytics | Website traffic and usage analytics | Google Privacy Policy |
Apollo and Google set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party cookies and are not responsible for their practices.
Payments. We process payments through Stripe. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe on Stripe's own domain, so Stripe does not set cookies on nuvoxis.com. Any cookies used during a payment are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Scheduling. Links on our site may take you to a Google-hosted booking page. Once you leave nuvoxis.com, Google's own privacy and cookie practices apply.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view stored cookies and delete them, block third-party cookies, block cookies from specific sites, block all cookies, or clear cookies when you close the browser.
Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works. To manage your preferences, see your browser's documentation:
Google Chrome · Mozilla Firefox · Apple Safari · Microsoft Edge
If you are a resident of California or another state with comparable privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding tracking technologies. Because we do not sell or share personal information and do not use targeted advertising, there is no opt-out of sale or sharing to exercise. Your other rights, and how to exercise them, are described in Section 11 of our Privacy Notice.
Some browsers transmit Do-Not-Track signals. Because no universal standard for responding to these signals has been established, we do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to them. We will revisit this position if a standard is adopted.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top. Your continued use of the site after any change means you accept the updated policy.
